Questo aiuto che voglio offrirti nasce dalla mia esperienza nel fatto che non voglio fare alle altre persone quello che non voglio venga fatto a me.

This help I want to offer you comes from my own experience and from the fact that I don’t want to do to others what I would don’t want it’s done to me.

Nella mia famiglia quando ero più piccola non sono mai stata ascoltata, o almeno…quando venivo interpellata venivo solo minimizzata, svalutata e giudicata.

In my family when I was younger I was never truly listened to, or at least… when I was asked to speak, I was only minimized, devalued, and judged.

Non sono una psicologa, non sono un medico, vorrei solo offrirti la possibilità di esprimere le tue emozioni quando vuoi, come vuoi e perchè vuoi.

I am not a psychologist, I am not a doctor; I simply wish to offer you the opportunity to express your emotions whenever, however, and for whatever reason you want.
